Leather Goods Product Care
Throughout the life of your product, you may notice a softening of the silhouette and a naturally occurring patina. This evolution and the presence of natural aspects such as natural marks, wrinkles, and veins are anticipated and prove our products' uniqueness and authenticity. Each impression leaves a lasting memory to be cherished forever.
To preserve the shape of your product, it should not be over-packed. When product is not in use, it is best to store it in the felt provided at purchase in a ventilated area. Storage in boxes or near sources of heat are not recommended as it has a drying effect on the materials.
Repairs
Alain Fagnidi products are made to the highest specifications and should provide many years of enjoyment.
While we do not provide a leather goods warranty for our products, complimentary repair or alternate resolutions may be offered based on the specific assessment of your item if it displays an issue specifically related to how it was crafted.
Do you offer international shipping for your products?
Yes, we offer international shipping.
What is the estimated delivery time for online orders?
We deliver in the United States and Canada within 2 weeks.
For all international orders, we deliver in 4 weeks.
Can I visit your showroom?
